From Friday 15th October all Authorised Workers who who require childcare will need to show proof of COVID vaccination prior to attending care.
You must be able to provide evidence to Ignite Minds that you have:
- received at least your first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, or
- have a booking to receive your first dose by 22 October 2021, or
- have a medical exemption evidenced by an authorised medical practitioner
Please email your vaccination certificate or evidence of vacccination appointment to Ignite Minds atleast 2 business days prior to needing care after the 15th October.

- COVID digitial certificate
- Medicare Immunisation History Statement
- MyGov Vaccinateion appointment email or sms
- Vaccination Appointment on doctors letterhead

Ignite Minds anticipates that the Authorised Worker permit will remain in place until the 5th November when ECEC services will be open to all children. Further information can be found at the link below.
