It is really important that we submit attendances to Centrelink every Monday so that they can apply any subsidies to your parent accounts prior to Wednesday’s billing. Centrelink can take up to 48 hours. If we do not enable a smooth administration at our end we frustrate people as their direct debit amounts bounce up and down.
In addition, hubworks locks the educator account after the CCS has been applied. This means that if you are late your adjustment won't appear till the next fortnight and you will be paid late and there is nothing we can do about it.
If you do not submit your timesheets on time, you will not be paid until the next pay week, which will be 3 weeks from the day it should have been submitted.
