Ignite Minds Family Day Care has submitted a detailed response to the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority on 2nd September in accordance with their protocols requesting in internal review of the decision to suspend Ignite Minds for 90 Days. According to 190(d)(ii) of the National Law, VECRA has 30 days to provide an initial response.
We are committed to working closely with the regulator and our responses show that the issues had either already been addressed prior to their notification, or have now been addressed.
Many families have reached out to us with kind messages of support and we remain hopeful and confident given our responses to the issues we will be able to resume our family daycare services across the state soon.
